I am a Somatic Sex Educator. A somatic sex educator helps individuals explore and deepen their understanding of their sexual selves through body-based practices. This involves supporting clients in accessing greater pleasure, overcoming sexual challenges, and learning about healthy boundaries and consent. Utilizing a trauma-informed approach, somatic sex educators work with the body’s sensations, breath, and movement to foster healing and empowerment. Techniques like sensual bodywork, breathwork, and touch are often used to release stored trauma, enhance body awareness, and improve overall sexual well-being. The role focuses on guiding individuals through personal transformation, increasing sexual awareness, and nurturing an empowered relationship with one’s body and pleasure.​

I have spent years studying the Sacred Feminine Mysteries and been initiated into the codes of Sacred Sexuality. I have healed many timelines on behalf of myself and ancestry through sacred sexuality. When we attune our nervous system to pleasure, sexual or not, we have the power to live a life that FEELS good. We liberate ourselves from living a life filled with stress to come home to our biological desire to feel good, healthy, and nourished. Sacred Sexuality granted me the freedom to heal myself, liberate myself, and create safety in my own body. I was given the opportunity to connect to God and Goddess through the power of my own pleasure, through the power of my own body. .

My relationship with my husband has gone through various deaths and rebirths over the years. Creating a foundation rooted in Sacred Sexuality and Conscious Monogamy has elevated our connection to heightened states of consciousness. We have been able to meet God and Goddess in each other through these principles. As I continue to study the Priestess Temple Arts, we continue to grow in our Sacred Union in ourselves and with each other. I love working with relationships, duality, and polarity. Understanding our own inner masculine and inner feminine, as well as our inner child, allows us to more fully understand our partner. When we can bring our inner masculine and inner feminine into Holy Union, we have the ability to create a safe loving environment for our inner child to thrive. Through this self-exploration, we learn our own energetics and how to oscillate in polarity and resonance in sacred partnership. Devotion to life-long partnership is a sacred calling.

My college degree is in Early Childhood Education. While teaching in schools did not resonate for me, I found that I am still a teacher of embodiment. I value the curiosity that comes with learning, so I was called to become a Somatic Sex Educator. I am currently in my supervision hours and will receive full certification by the end of 2024. I've spent the 10 years studying spiritual wisdom and investing into my mentors. My calling is in carrying the teachings from my mentors, who I feel are the best in their field. Through my own lens, I alchemize these teachings, weave various ones together, and create my own work. I scaffold the material to meet you where your level of understanding is, creating a bridge from where you currently are to where you want to go. This is one of the many skills I gained in teaching small children.
